Obit: Windsor events champ 'addicted to the rush of volunteering'

Darren Winger, according to one longtime friend, “did what everybody wants to do — he left this world a better place.”

And that world, benefitting from Winger’s can-do passion and endless drive, was centred on his hometown of Windsor.
